For a burger place the burger is not as good as a whooper. Burger meat no flavor. Lettuce was wilted and tasted old. Onion straws no good. Fries just so so. Bottom line, no reason to go back.

Gregory Grookett went here with his girlfriend and we had a blast! The burgers were so good and fresh and juicy. The service was good and the food was brought out fast and hot. I got a tradition double burger with lettuce tomato and onion she got a burger with a fried egg on it and I actually scored a bite of hers and it was so delish that's what I'm going to get on my next visit. But they have an endless combination of burgers. Gregory Grookett also like the fact that they have a interactive trivia game at each table where you play other patrons and its fun we had a blast. thanks for making our experience a great one Red Robin. I recommend giving them a try!

First off let me start by saying that if you give this RR location five stars you're a no doubt about it idiot. Let me explain why. I've been blessed to make not one but two trips here within the past week. Trip one was with the children sans the lovely wife. Food: B- Way too much mystery sauce on my turkey burger so everything was a sloppy mess. The kids meal portions particularly the chicken fingers are small and the portion of the mandarin oranges looks like a war ration as it comes in a microscopic plastic cup with the lid on because of course you wouldn't want too put too many in there and spoil people. Also the chocolate milk looked and tasted like what you would get if you added Hershey's Syrup to water. Yummmmm! Service: D While we were seated right away it took a long time for our order to get taken (10 plus minutes) and after that no dice on getting drink refills or any extra fries or even seeing our server again. Thank goodness for the Ziosk or else I would still be waiting there for the check. Trip two was with the lovely wife sans the children. Food: B+ The lovely wife pronounced her salad to be awesome and my A-1 Burger was spot on. Service: F Again, we were seated right away but were never checked upon either as our sever spent the majority of her time either at the host stand talking with the five other people all crowded around it or out back smoking (I know this because she smelled like smoke and as we walked in from the parking lot she was outside with another employee smoking then as well). To me the issue is that the Ziosk has made the wait staff at this (and most other) RR lazy and mostly useless. The attitude seems to be that unless you spend $$$ and order something there is no need for your server to check on you after the initial order which is really stupid but yet of course when it comes time to pay the bill the Ziosk magically always defaults to a 20% gratuity. 20% my ass, for what? You would need to actually do something to warrant that. Taking my order and delivering two cups (a food runner/different server delivered the entrees both times) does not justify 20% or for that matter even 10%. On second thought, I would give 20% to the dudes in the kitchen who made the food because both times it was either decent or very good but the service here is slow, lazy and pathetic. (On a sidebar, turn the damn music down and get new TV's or check the connections as two of them near-ish the bar area were showing some healthy snow. It's hard to watch Shark Week or the LL WS when you can't see the entire screen!)

Every time we come here we end up thinking that it's the last time we were coming there... We come here every few years, thinking that it may have changed.... Every year we walk out with the same disappointed attitude. When you walk in, its like any Red Robin... loads of people, loud, but a good vibe. We came here yesterday really wanting some endless fries.... we ordered 3 appetizers and 2 desserts. We ordered fries, which we were expecting them to be endless. When they first came out, we first thought it was a joke. It seemed like they were rationing out the fries! Seriously, there couldn't have been any more than 10 fries for an appetizer of 3 people... We were disappointed and dying for more, so we asked the waitress to bring some more over. She nodded, and give us another basket... same thing! No more than 10 fries. She probably brought over at least 6 baskets over... (we thought it was endless!) We were questioning why they were making such a fuss over the fries...I ended up looking up on my phone that you had to order a burger to get endless fries. Oops. Waitress kept eyeing us when we were asking for more and never charged us or told us about the rule for "endless fries". Oh well, we didn't know! Moving on, we got the Spinach dip which was pretty good! The chips were warm and the dip was smoking hot! That's how we like it. We also order a tower of onion rings, which was a little too greasy for me, but the rest of the group liked them. We also ordered 2 desserts, one root beer float and one spiced pumpkin shake. We asked for "extra thick" and it was.... very good! Extremely creamy and had tons of little bits of graham crackers thrown in. The root beer float was nothing special. Needed more ice cream if you ask me, such a big glass of soda and a little scoop of ice cream didn't really do the trick. The bill turned to be a little more than $50, with tip for just a few desserts and appetizers... We walked out thinking that we won't come here again... but give it a few years... we'll come around.

Generally Red Robin is very good however my last trip was awful. The wait was 45 mins, the girl who seated us was rude and seemed in a zombie state. Our server walked by twice before taking a drink order and our appetizer came out 20mins after our entrees. For such an expensive burger I would have thought the service would be better. never agaib

Not gonna lie: this is a favorite of mine. I love coming here to catch up with my sisters and it's a guilty pleasure we all love to indulge in. Prices are on point and the food is nothing more than you'd expect from a mid-tier American chain restaurant. I will say the place is overrun with teens waiting for their movies to start. The wait can be a little ridiculous on weekend nights and they don't do reservations or call ahead seating. If you plan on enjoying a movie yourself after, either don't and see it before or plan accordingly for a 25-45 min wait for a table. I do love, though, that you can get discounted tickets to the Carmike theaters in the shopping center for each full priced entree you purchase with your meal. It's a pretty sweet deal. The service is usually on point; I rarely have a terrible experience with this place. I'm probably bolstering my review because it's got a sweet spot in my heart for sisterly bonding but doesn't matter. This place is always a stop when ever I am in the area.

It's Red Robin. It's nothing fancy, but it's relatively inexpensive and we tend to get good service. That said, we don't go very often, and when we do, it's normally off hours and we generally request seating in the bar area. Had my free burger loaded onto my Royalty card for my birthday, so we went in for burgers on a late Sunday evening recently. The bartender was our server and took good care of us. I did the California Chicken sandwich and it was better than expected...nice flavor on the chicken. Wish they weren't so stingy with guac, but hey, not the end of the world. And our server brought a refill of fries before we ran out, which was nice.

My family and I eat at Red Robins often. We will probably not come to this one again. The service was terribly slow and we came later on a Friday night when the restaurant was not busy. I asked for them to sing for my son's birthday and they forgot to. There were long waits for our food and when it came the food was lukewarm and my sweet potato fries were cold. I asked for new fries and they never came. AND I was still charged for them. This was a very disappointing meal.

Pleasantly surprised. I will honestly say my expectations were right down low for this place. I really don't know why. My experience was fabulous. The waitress Casey was amazing and our food was delicious. My only complaint is the bathrooms. They were just filthy. I had a sombrero dish. It was 5 star good. The family all had burgers. They all loved it. I would highly recommend this place.

Talk about underwhelming... I feel like Red Robin, in general, has gone down hill. Much like other chain restaurants, they have raised their prices and cheapened their ingredients. Our burgers and side salads were anemic looking. The lettuce was wilted the patties were so tiny in comparison to how they were in the past. Our server was pleasant, but usually nowhere to be seen. The saving grace was the new electronic menu and their ability to take care of my food allergies. They gave me an iPad that had an app on it that allowed me to input my allergies and show me what was safe for me to eat. They also took special precautions in the kitchen. Now, if only the food was worth the money!

We come here before we watch a movie. Overall, the food has been okay. The service was quick when we want it to be (catching movies soon). Never had a wrong order made but sometimes the food comes out less than desired. On several occasions I had to send back the fries because they were cold. I understand they serve unlimited fries but I want my first batch to be hot. One hot order of fries better than Unlimited cold fries.. Stick to the burgers and you will be fine. The other items are not too tasty.

We asked for our bottomless fries out before our meal, as well as the milkshake I ordered. After about 15 minutes, we got our food, and the waiter said, "is it just me or did these burgers come out really fast?" A lousy attempt to cover up his mistake of forgetting to bring our bottomless fries out first along with my milkshake. We begin eating our meal for about 10 minutes, which was decently prepared (both burgers were well done and we did not ask for that), and I finally get my milkshake! When the milkshake was delivered by our waiter I asked for a refill on water and some more fries. Both my requests seemed to be ignored, as I never received either of them. I didn't bother asking again. Watch out for this place. Very poorly run, and extremely slow service. I won't be eating here again!

Burger was cold, not impressed with the food. I did like the technology that allowed me to pay via a kiosk in front of me and by passing the serving staff this allowing me to pay fast or slow - at my own pace.

It is Red Robin....the burger chain. Everything is.....OK.....usually. We have had some great servers here and it is a very lively place. As the shopping complex this establishment is in trends more toward the higher end, you will often notice the crowd here being either quite young or a bit less polished than most of the other eateries in the Promenade.

The service was too slow. We had an apologetic waitress who took a very long time to come back to our table to get our table's order. When we did get the food, they forgot to give us napkins at all, let alone any silverware. I guess the basket in the front of the restaurant could have been intended for self service, a strange way to run a diner. There was a touchscreen technology to order at the hostess stand, but these screens were temporarily out of service. Then at the table there was a touchscreen again that allowed one to order appetizers and desserts and maybe drinks, and also pay the bill. I used it to pay rather than wait for the waitress to come back. I am pretty sure she wasn't coming back eventually, so we were supposed to figure out that it was worth our while to just pay at the machine instead of having her run the card. This was easy enough to do but it was my first time and I would have not necessarily opted for it but like I said she made the choice for us by not coming back to the table. Speaking of technology, I could not find an outlet to plug in my cell phone anywhere in this diner, and that was frustrating for me since I was traveling and could have used some more juice. When I got the basket fries the first time, they were satisfactory though room temp. When it got reloaded after my meal, the fries were so hot I had to let them cool before proceeding. They were obviously much better the second time around and I wished they had been more consistent. Was here on a Sunday. Pretty cool to see multiple football games on at once (Eagles, Jets, etc.), but their flat screen TV's were just terrible. I don't know if they don't have HD service here or just forgot to put the correct channels on, but the likely explanation is that they did not spring the extra $50 for HD service. I'm not even one to pay for HD service at home myself, but in a public place where you have to view the TV from far away and some people are hard of seeing, the HD service is a huge appeal. The TV picture I have at home was still better quality than the ones on the walls here. Did not stay for dessert. The options were no more exciting to me than any other chain restaurant. I had hoped a diner could offer better in this area.

I have been a fan of Red Robin's for several years. There is a big selection of burgers and for those that don't have a great love of fries, there are several subsititutions you can choose from. Gettting a table on a friday or saturday night can be a problem. Prices are in line with the other upscale burger joints.

Jake was a great server. DGB burger was swimming in oil, couldn't stand to finish it. Two friends had the gooey chocolate brownie cakes. They were hard, difficult to cut with a knife, almost tasted burnt. Been here before, very disappointed this time.

I have eaten in quite a few times, and have ordered curb side a few times as well. I don't think I have ever received a correct order ever, when ordering curb side. Don't understand what is so hard to about getting a burger well done and getting that extra raw onion. Oh yeah, that extra order of bottomless fries were not in the bag either.

I'm actually a Red Robin skeptic because I don't see what's so great about these burgers and prices seem a bit high for nothing too special. However, I thought service at this particular Red Robin was great. This Red Robin is in an upscale strip mall along Center Valley Parkway, a brand new road that isn't even on some maps. I was in Lehigh Valley so I decided to use my "birthday burger" coupon here. I ordered the Wise Guy Burger. This is a pretty weird burger because it is stuffed with mozzarella sticks and pepperoni. I thought the burger was okay overall but mozzarella sticks don't work too well in a burger. The server was quick with the drink and fries refills. (At Red Robin, you get bottomless fries with any burger.) At the end of the meal, they surprised me with a complimentary birthday sundae! I think that definitely deserves mention.

I've come here twice and both times enjoyed prompt and friendly service and the delicious Wild West Buffalo Burger. It is a lean red meat alternative to beef and the flavors are great together (though I usually get it without the mayo). They also will serve it in a lettuce wrap instead of the traditional bun (another healthy choice), which made it a little messy but equally as tasty. Great spot before or after the movies. PS. There can be a wait, but the buzzer seems to work in the neighboring stores. Ours went off when we were shopping in Lucky.

I came here today, today for an early lunch at 5:00, before the lunch crowd arrived. I received a nice waitress, that was very "talkative" and friendly. As we received our food, in a reasonable time, my son and I each ate a burger and had "bottomless fries", he didn't finish his whole meal. After that, our waitress asked us what our payment method was. She explained how the Kiosk worked, and told us she would "try" to be back as soon as possible, and after we paid our bill with a four dollar tip that was the last we seen her. My son and I waited twenty minutes for our waitress to come back. Needless to say, our waitress never returned. My son and I got disgusted and left a little less then half a burger and a bunch of fries. Very disappointing.

Used to eat here often while in highschool. It always made for a nice place to eat at after a movie. This place is always packed on the weekend. It's literally right across from the movie theatre, and I know that they offer some sort of package with Rave where you can buy dinner and a movie ticket and save some money. I have done this before, but don't remember the exact details. It was a nice little option to have though. (smart move on their end). The food is good, and the staff is always nice ad helpful.

I've been to this branch quite a few times. Nothing too impressive. Food is not warm and takes too long to get served your meal. Dined here with a couple of friends last weekend and although having a friendly waiter is good, I believe there is a line between being casually friendly and OVERLY friendly. The waiter was too chatty with us, he came back 3 times to get our order. Food took half an hour to get to our table! As we were in the middle of our meal, he came back, grabbed a seat and joined our table for conversations. We were discussing a few important things and this guy had to join us until we're done with our meal. It was an uncomfortable experience!

If your in need for a great burger or wrap and fries then red robin is tge place to go. The food is amazing the service is good and fast and I can't think of a time I have been disapointed. I recommend the royal red robin or the rajun Cajun chicken burger, but to each their own and there is something for everyone here. Plus their salads are good. As far as price for two people it's always under 30 bucks unless your drinking so it's a great value all and all. Plus this red robin is by the rave and nothing is better then some red robin and a movie.

Living locally we have been here a few times. It is OK. Standard burgers and sandwiches. DO NOT recommend curb side to go. Food is always cold, and its not curbside. You sit curbside but end up having to go inside to get the food anyway because they are not paying attention. Have also had to send back a chicken sandwich for being raw. Service isn't bad. Stick to burgers, not chicken.

Usually this place is pretty good...standard Red Robin fare. Good food, good service, and so on. I just had one terrible experience here recently where the server seemed to be messing up all over the place with all of his tables, and made multiple mistakes on ours (got one person's order completely wrong) and about midway through the meal he appeared to just give up on us. He stopped checking for refills, did not ask how things were, forgot our requests for fries and extra sauce, and so on. These type of places bank on consistency, and the server just sucked, and because he kept messing up our food was never right. That experience deserved one star, other experiences deserved a four, so...I put it as a three. Fair enough.

Great burgers and fun beverages, kids love it, I enjoy the appetizers as well accommodates large parties well but you may want a reservation if your group is large. There is even a kiosk at your table to preorder from before your waiter arrives.
